OPEN Brief: If you want the exact Winter Garden location, the Florida store schedule, the interior displays, and the merchandise lineup for Spirit Christmas, this OPEN guide has the verified details in one place. Everyone seems to have Christmas decorations up in mid-October already, and now the Orlando area gets its first Spirit Christmas store. Spirit Christmas sits at 3049 Daniels Road, Suite 220C inside Winter Garden Village, about 14 miles north of Walt Disney World.
Where Is Spirit Christmas Located in Winter Garden?
Spirit Christmas in Winter Garden is located at 3049 Daniels Road, Suite 220C, inside the former Forever 21 space at Winter Garden Village.
The storefront was slated to open on Thursday, October 15, 2026. The Winter Garden shop is the only Spirit Christmas store in the Orlando area this year. The retail center sits roughly 14 miles north of Walt Disney World, making it a straightforward drive for local shoppers and resort visitors looking for seasonal goods.
Because the store is one of only five Christmas-only locations nationwide this season, the buildout did not have to wait for a Halloween store to clear out first. OPEN also tracks seasonal retail and holiday happenings across Central Florida on our Orlando events hub.
When Do All Four Spirit Christmas Stores Open in Florida?
Spirit Christmas opens its Winter Garden store on October 15, while the Clearwater, Coral Springs, and Jacksonville stores open on November 6.
Florida has four Spirit Christmas locations for the 2026 holiday season. Nationally, five locations operate as dedicated Christmas-only stores, while the remaining 38 locations reopen on November 6 after closing down as Spirit Halloween stores. Here is how the Florida opening schedule breaks down.
| Florida City | Store Type | Slated Opening Date |

| Jacksonville | Seasonal holiday pop-up | November 6, 2026 |
What Happened to the Former Forever 21 Space at Winter Garden Village?
Forever 21 vacated Unit 220C at Winter Garden Village in 2025 after its second bankruptcy closed all 23 Florida locations by May 1, 2025.
The Winter Garden Village shopping center also hosted a separate Spirit Halloween store this fall at 3089 Daniels Road inside a former Party City space. That scheduling overlap meant two Spirit retail concepts shared the same shopping center at the same time. The property itself changed hands recently when an affiliate of RREEF Property Trust purchased the 629,326-square-foot Winter Garden Village for a reported $165 million while the center was 89 percent leased.
Trademark was hired to reposition the Winter Garden Village property, stating that the trade area is underserved for better retail and restaurants. Putting a seasonal holiday pop-up inside a dark anchor-sized box fills the vacancy while long-term leasing plans take shape. Readers who follow commercial property shifts can also check OPEN’s Permits & Construction Tracker for updates around the resort corridor.
What Can You Do Inside Spirit Christmas in Winter Garden?
Spirit Christmas features the interactive Candy Cane Express train, a Frosty the Snowman Inflatable Land, and holiday photo ops.
The store layout centers on experiential displays designed to keep families browsing longer than a standard seasonal aisle. Here are the main interactive zones and visual displays inside the store:
- Candy Cane Express: The store centerpiece is a nearly life-size train and caboose where guests can step inside and steer.
- Inflatable Land: An indoor yard display section built around Frosty the Snowman showcases airblown holiday characters.
- Holiday Photo Ops: Dedicated backdrops positioned around the sales floor let shoppers take seasonal pictures while browsing.
What Merchandise and Licensed Brands Does Spirit Christmas Sell?
Spirit Christmas sells a Creepmas horror-holiday line alongside licensed goods from Peanuts, Rudolph, Frosty, Disney, and Bluey.
The official licensed roster includes Peanuts, Frosty the Snowman, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, and Heat Miser and Snow Miser. On the shelves in Winter Garden, shoppers will also find Bluey and Bingo ornaments, a Mickey Mouse skillet, The Nightmare Before Christmas decor, and reusable shopping totes priced at $5. The store’s signature Creepmas collection blends horror characters with holiday gear for fans who want their Halloween aesthetic to carry through December.
For theme park fans, comparing these suburban retail prices against resort gift shops is an easy way to save on seasonal gifts. OPEN tracks park-specific souvenirs and pricing year-round on our Disney merchandise hub.

Does Spirit Christmas in Winter Garden Offer Free Santa Visits?
Spirit Christmas offers free Santa visits with paid photo add-ons at select stores, though Winter Garden availability is unconfirmed.
The chain partners with Cherry Hill Programs to run its in-store Santa greetings and paid professional photo sessions. While the Winter Garden store page metadata invites visitors to schedule a Santa visit, OPEN could not independently confirm whether the Winter Garden Village location offers the Santa experience this season.
Confirm Santa Availability First
Santa visits take place only at select Spirit Christmas locations. Check the official Spirit Christmas store page or call the Winter Garden location before promising a Santa meet to younger shoppers.
Who Owns Spirit Christmas and How Fast Is the Chain Growing?
Spencer Spirit Holdings owns Spirit Christmas and expanded the chain to 44 stores across 15 states for its third modern season.
Based in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, Spencer Spirit Holdings signed a deal on August 6, 2026 to purchase Hot Topic, BoxLunch, and Her Universe, pushing its total footprint past 3,000 stores. That acquisition closed on September 2, 2026. The modern Spirit Christmas concept launched on the East Coast in 2024 with a reported 8 to 10 stores before growing to 44 locations in 2026.
Holiday pop-ups are not a brand-new experiment for the company. Spirit founder Joe Marver tested Christmas pop-up stores in 1990 by extending seasonal Halloween leases, and Spencer tried the concept again in 2005 and 2006. Marver later stated that Christmas retail proved too competitive for him at the time, making this current 44-store rollout the company’s biggest modern test of the holiday market.
